Controlling of steel construction engineer services

Customer: Baumgarte Boiler Systems GmbH
In the northwest part of Frankfurt the existing waste incineration plant was modernized. Therefore two old boilers were replaced by two new radiant boilers from Baumgarte Boiler Systems. Until 2007 two more boilers (3 and 4) were erected.
Our job was to support the Baumgarte Boiler Systems GmbH in their plant and building planning and to work out concepts / designs that could be done without collision.
Our performances:
• Controlling of the engineer construction services for the boiler and building steel constructions
• Static calculations
• Collision check of the equipment components with the building structure
• Track planning for pipes, electrical wiring
• Examination of final design and workshop drawings
